The internet is a wonderful thing…
And it may turn out to be one of the things that plays an important part in the end of religion eventually.
A search for anti-evolution websites will yield hundreds - if not thousands - of them out there.
Most have one thing in common: the shameless regurgitation of the same set of lies and half-truths (apart from the contributors obvious lack of education). Have a look at Evolution Facts.org for example. Pages and pages of ‘facts’ disproving evolution - most referring to texts and opinions from scientists from the 17th century - hmm.
Then, go to the TalkOrigins archive. I’d be surprised if every single ridiculous claim by the creationists isn’t rationally and logically explained and debunked there.
Of course, the fairytale believers always have an answer for every argument no matter how reasoned but at least you can say ‘well, go there and have a read - if you still believe the myths your preacher/annointed one/pastor told you are facts then I can’t help you!
